HELLO 👋🏽 I'M BRYANT

I'm the Chief Empowerment Officer, and the person who'd train, coach, and advise you. 

I've always had a knack for conflict resolution and communication, but after a near-death experience made me question my path I realized everything I had experienced in my life had brought me to this time to teach others how to navigate difficult situations. 

We waste so much time avoiding disagreements, having prolonged arguments, and feeling like our voices do not matter, that with the right training, the right mindset, and the right support you can learn how to handle high-stakes situations easily. 

I have a Master of Science in Negotiation & Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, previously worked as a Mediator with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the values of Authenticity, Transparency, Empathy and Safety underline all the work I do.
