Workplace Collaborations

Bryant Galindo Founder Workplace Collaborations

Bryant, like all Millennials, wanted to make the world a better place through his profession. He thought of becoming an attorney at first, but after a brief stint working in a legal office after undergrad, he quickly realized it wasn't anything like Law and Order.

However, what it did provide was the opportunity for Bryant to understand that what he enjoyed most about law: helping people resolve their issues.

So he enrolled in a Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Master's program at Columbia University, did pro bono work as a Mediator for a U.S. federal agency, and quickly realized that the job he wanted (one that offered the ability to empower others in resolving their issues) wasn't out there. So he set out to create it, knowing that his skills in negotiation and conflict resolution were badly needed.

After helping his friends negotiate salaries and contracts in the tech, nonprofit, and government sectors, Workplace Collaborations was born to help other Millennials who also have difficulties vocalizing their needs without sounding entitled.

When Bryant isn't working like mad, he loves to travel (he's been to 28 countries so far), meeting new people, black and white photography (this is a portfolio of some of his older work), and hiking in nature. Bryant is a native of Los Angeles, a first-generation Mexican-American, is fluent in Spanish, and credits his immigrant parents to where he is today :)
