Participants take an individualized assessment known as the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument that assesses their communication skills, personality, and conflict management handling behaviors when in a disagreement.

Participants are encouraged to come ready and willing to dive into a past or present issue to reflect and incorporate the skills learned in the workshop to their everyday lives.

Bryant Galindo Workplace Collaborations

Bryant Galindo has dedicated his life to helping people transform their relationships with conflict. Having resolved lawsuits between employer and employee as a federal mediator as well as business to business disputes in state court, Bryant's mediation background has helped him understand why some people get "stuck" in conflict. He offers the latest tools for helping clients learn win-win strategies for resolving any issue. 

Now, Bryant works with clients who are ready to explore how their own communication style, personality, and conflict resolution orientation affects their personal & workplace relationships. Bryant's primary focus is on creating collaborative relationships. 

Bryant holds a Master of Science in Negotiation & Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, is a certified Mediator through the New York Peace Institute, and CEO of Workplace Collaborations.

Berké Brown

Berké is an accomplished Organizational Consultant and certified Leadership Coach with extensive experience in conflict management, organizational development and diversity training. His innovative approach to internal and external change management among individuals and organizations spring from his own behavioral research at UC Berkeley.  

Berké focused primarily on the psycho-motivational forces of behavior change with a strong emphasis on the use of mindfulness and values-based motivation. He provides a myriad of successful services that changes lives by shifting mindsets while tapping at the hearts of people involved.

Berké graduated from UC Berkeley and received Highest Honors for his thesis on the psychology of behavior change. He is Co-Founder of Berkeley Leadership Partners and Founder of his lifestyle and coaching company BerkeBrown.com

WHAT'S THE PRICE PER TICKET? 

$197 Base Ticket 

$275 VIP Ticket (includes three post-workshop consulting sessions).

WHERE WILL THIS BE HELD?

Temescal Canyon Gateway Park. We'll be located in a large classroom nestled in nature. Will use the tranquility of the space to really dive deep and have some fun while doing it. 

HOW LONG IS THE WORKSHOP?

The length of the workshop is 7.5 hours. Participants will be given two fifteen breaks as well as an hour lunch that will be a "working lunch" meant to continue conversation.  

ANY COUPON CODES AVAILABLE? 

We offer only one special. Men that have a friend also register for the workshop, which should be indicated in their friend's registration, receive $100 off their ticket price.  

WHY IS THIS ONLY FOR GUYS?

We believe that men, just like women, require safe spaces where they can explore their angst, frustrations, and any other issues they feel are important for them, without women around. This way they can be assured that others can identify with what they are going through and hold space for that without judgment so they can look at issues honestly in order to establish a new mindset and habits toward conflict. 

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO SHARE?

No one will be forced to share and if anything pops up for you around this we encourage you to bring it up. 

WILL YOU FEED ME?

Yes. it'll be tasty food, too, and refreshments (coffee, tea, and water) will be available throughout the day for your enjoyment.  

I'M VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN. WILL SUITABLE FOOD BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR ME?

Yes, there will be vegan and vegetarian options made available for those that require it. For those with special dietary restrictions, we ask that you please inform the facilitators via the booking page as to what those are so we make sure that enough food is available for you day of. 

WHAT'S THE PARKING SITUATION LIKE?

Parking at Temescal Canyon Park requires a permit. Thankfully we got you covered. The price includes parking. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WORKSHOP?

We recommend comfortable "street" clothes and shoes as there will be some movement involved. 

SHOULD I BRING MY LAPTOP OR TABLET WITH ME TO THE WORKSHOP?

You can if you want but it would probably be more of a hassle than not. Pen and paper will be provided to you for those activities that require it. 

WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY AFTER I REGISTER FOR THE WORKSHOP?

No refunds will be given after you have registered for the workshop. We ask that you honor your commitment and please show up. 

WILL THIS WORKSHOP BE RECORDED? / CAN I RECORD IT?

No and no. We believe in creating safe containers for men where they can freely express themselves without fear that their words may come back to bite them in the ass. That being said, participants might be photographed and anyone wishing to not be photographed can let us know.
