Why should I care hire a consultant to help me communicate a change within my company?

Do you create customizable packages?

Yes, all consulting packages are customized according to the specific needs and wants of the client. During the discovery call, the consultant works with the client to identify the specific issues that need to be communicated, how it may affect workplace productivity, and the stakeholders that need to be leveraged to be successful in the change management initiative. 

How much does this cost? 

Because every consulting package is customizable, there is no set price. Depending on the level of commitment, the breathe of change occurring, and what and who will be required to communicate that change, packages can range anywhere between $5,000 to $50,000. Different pricing tiers are presented to the client so they are satisfied with the price point.
