what is facilitation?
Facilitation is a structured conversation process that uses a neutral third-party to help a group of people understand common objectives and assist them toward a collaborative solution.
Sensitive business issues regarding money, time, strategy and vision, lack of trust, or who does what, can get highly personable. Especially if there is a history of problematic behaviors.
A facilitator expedites the process by separating the people from the problem and establishing clear goals, timelines, and measures of accountability.

DIFFERENCES IN VISION
LACK OF TRUST
"If we didn't have you to help facilitate and coach us through that important company announcement, it probably would have went down a lot differently. You've allowed each of us to let our guards down and recognize our shared fears. It was once harder to communicate or ask a question at times in fear of how the other will react - this is easier now. It feels like we are all being more open with each other, and our meetings have become more productive as a result!"
